DOMESTIC (within SINGAPORE)

IMMEDIATE (±4 hours)

When you checked out with IMMEDIATE Delivery, our representative will follow through below SOP to ensure you a smooth delivery.

1 - Contact you to confirm order and delivery details
2 - Search up for courier availability
3 - Update you on the earliest pick-up time and ETA for delivery once courier is found
4 - Confirm courier and update you with delivery tracking
5 - Update you with parcel photos once courier partner has picked up the parcel from us

IMMEIDATE Delivery will be subjected to local courier availability, and the actual charges can vary from time to time in a range between $12-24. Our representative will WhatsApp to inform you promptly if the order can not be processed via IMMEDIATE Delivery within 4 hours.

Overpaid fees for our failure to process any IMMEDIATE Delivery will be fully refunded to you with prompt communication.

NEXT DAY (N+1 Day)

When you checked out with NEXT DAY Delivery, you can expect to receive the parcel within 24-48 hours, usually 1-2 days sooner comparing to standard delivery.

Courier pick up for all NEXT DAY Delivery orders (cut-off @ 8pm daily) will be scheduled to be by 12noon the next day, and delivery ETA to you within 24 hours once picked up.

Overpaid fees for courier partner failing to deliver within 48 hours will be fully refunded to you with prompt communication.

STANDARD (2-4 Days)

When you checked out with STANDARD Delivery, you can expect to receive your order within 48-96 hours, with 90% of non-peak / regular days being delivered within 48 hours.

Courier pick up for all STANDARD Delivery orders (cut-off @ 8pm daily) will be scheduled to be by 12noon the next day, and delivery ETA to you within 72 hours once picked up.

INTERNATIONAL (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

As courier fees varies largely subject to parcel weight and size. For all international orders, please email us at hello@tailstore.sg stating the list of products you would like to purchase and we will revert as soon as we can.
